| Mary Winter's recent paintings depict the wetlands and marshes of La Cienega and the rivers, streams, creeks, ponds and acequias surounding Santa Fe. In this recent drought, Winter has sought out the precious water while hiking the mountains trails. Her boldly colorful paintings are executed with both brush and palette knife and capture and amplify the waterscapes of the area. |
